Panzanella Pizzeria

The two Italian chefs Emanuele Di Pofi and Nicola Catalano are known for their passionate commitment to good ingredients, uncompromising craftsmanship and their respect for the genuine Italian cuisine. Together with Emanuele's Norwegian girlfriend, Ine Charleen, they run the take-away pizzeria "Panzanella". In their childhood, Emanuele and Nicola often made "Panzanella alla romana", which is toast topped with olive oil and fresh, juicy tomatoes. Panzanella became the name of the pizzeria because it reminds them of their childhood in Rome. It represents authentic, homemade Italian food, made from the best ingredients.
Emanuele and Nicola do not compromise on quality. The flour is imported from Italy and is of course organic. The technique used to make the perfect crust is called "poolish", where the dough is fermented for at least 36 hours to get more flavor and juiciness. As a topping, you will find local and Italian ingredients, which will be changed according to the season. The menu consists of 13 carefully selected pizzas in addition to homemade bread.
