Stavanger Consert Hall

Since 1982, The Stavanger Concert Hall has delivered events in all types of genres; shows and musicals, classical ballet and modern dance. In 2012, the new concert hall was opened. With its adaptable halls, VIP lounge and mezzanine with a magnificent view, extensive foyers and a top-class restaurant, the Stavanger Concert Hall forms the perfect framework for both large- and small- scale events.
Stavanger’s two concert hall buildings are both located in the Bjergsted Culture Park. The new concert hall was opened in 2012. The old concert hall, Kuppelhallen, so named because of the domed shape of its roof (kuppel = dome), was opened in 1982. Kuppelhallen is located in Bjergsted park, just to the north-west of the main concert hall. The restaurant and kitchen, Spiseriet, is considered to be one of the best in Stavanger. Spiseriet is the restaurant to bring friends and family before or after a show, or when you just want something delicious to eat and drink. Make sure to book a a table if you want to combine your visit with a trip to Spiseriet.
